Liverpool bars by location
Liverpool City Centre is grouped into several different areas, each with a name well known to locals and taxi drivers alike, making it easy to ask directions whilst taking the very short walk from one to another.
Below, you can find a brief description of each area together with links to a more detailed description of the bars you'll find there.
Each district offers a very different experience to Liverpool's nightlife and it's possible to have a great night out in the city without even leaving one street. On the other hand, because Liverpool has a small city centre, it is possible to be more adventurous and take in a few 'quarters' in one weekend.
Below, you can also find links to pubs and bars close to the largest concert venues and sporting arenas in the city.
